Our Story
Smowkhaus is born from the love of low and slow smoked meats and the deep culture of BBQ from the south of America.

We Mix the love of Delicious, southern soul food with a passion for perfection, excellent customer service, great music and a friendly relaxed atmosphere here at Smowkhaus to give you an unforgettable dining experience.

Mitch our chef and founder has trained in Michelin started kitchens in London and the Lake District, as well as here in the Midlands, he passes this training and eye for detail on to the food of the Deep South of which he has always held a great love.

Our Free range meat is locally sourced and sustainably raised, butchered in Stratford-upon-Avon especially for us. We ensure it is all at least 28 days dry aged for the best flavour!
